(FEFPS) Florida Electronic Fingerprinting Services LLC Refund Policy

All services provided by FEFPS are strictly prepaid.
Refund Policy:

All services rendered by FEFPS provided on a non-refundable basis.

Once fingerprints transmitted /or FBI/ FBI FD -258 Hard Cards/ FDLE/Professional Services rendered, no refunds – under any circumstances.

Non-Refund Policy:

FEFPS clients have one courtesy re-fingerprinting due to the condition of the client’s fingerprints or FDLE rejection.

FEFPS fingerprint application form requests ORI number, this information is the client’s responsibility. We do not issue refunds for incorrect ORI numbers with applicant criminal history submission.

Cancellation Policy:

We accept appointments via invoicing only. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations.

Credit Card Customers:

Credit card customers agree not to chargeback any credit card invoicing for services rendered, but instead will be issued a check by FEFPS via US mail within 30-Days of the Email Requested Refund

FEFPS issues refunds under these circumstances only:

Adherence to FEFPS Cancellation Policy.

FEFPS is closed for your scheduled appointment you are not able to reschedule.
